Pat Tracy - owner

Coach Tracy is currently an Assistant Coach at Washington College with 16 years collegiate coaching experience across Division I and Division III Men’s Lacrosse programs. Coach Tracy was formerly the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at High Point University, Defensive Coordinator for UMBC, Goalie Coach at Dartmouth College and Offensive Coordinator for Goucher College. Tracy has committed his career to the development of outstanding student athletes, recruiting and coaching countless college standouts, among them, 62 High School All American Student Athletes, 18 College All Americans, 8 Collegiate Scholar All Americans, 49 All Conference Players, 20 Professional Lacrosse players, 5 Conference Players of the Year, and 2 USA World Team Members.

AmY Slade - UMBC womens head Coach

Future US Lacrosse Hall of Famer Amy (Appelt) Slade is in her eighth season at the helm of the UMBC Retrievers and tenth overall with the program.

Slade, who won the prestigious Tewaaraton Trophy and led the University of Virginia to a national championship in 2004, joined the UMBC women’s lacrosse staff in August 2009.  She will be inducted into the 2020 class of the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame after an illustrious career with the Cavaliers where she was a four-time All-American at Virginia, where she set school records for career goals (258) and points (373) and ranks second in career assists (115). Her goals and points totals are fourth and fifth, respectively, in the NCAA Division I record books, and she set an NCAA record by scoring a goal in 66 straight games. Slade became the first Cavalier to win the Tewaaraton Trophy as the nation’s best player in 2004 when she led the NCAA in scoring with 90 goals – also a school record – and 121 points, and those totals still rank in the top 10 in Division I history.

Slade is currently the assistant coach of the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL)'s Baltimore Brave. In her first season with the Brave, Slade helped lead the team to a 4-0 record and a trip to the inaugural WPLL playoffs. In 2019, Slade helped coach the Brave to a WPLL championship.

Mike Phipps - Georgetown Assistant coach

Michael Phipps joined the Georgetown University men’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in August of 2017. He came to the Hilltop after spending the prior three seasons as an assistant coach at Navy.

Before his time in Annapolis, Phipps spent three seasons as an assistant coach at High Point. Phipps also spent two seasons as the offensive coordinator at Severn School and spent the 2008 season as the Director of Lacrosse Operations at his alma mater, the University of Maryland.

Phipps was a standout at Maryland, garnering Honorable Mention All-America honors as a senior in 2007 and was the recipient of the Van Trump Award honoring the team's best attackman. He amassed 95 points (48G,47A) over his career including a team-high 50 points as a senior. Phipps would go on to play professionally in Major League Lacrosse from 2008-10 with the Los Angeles Riptide and Chesapeake Bayhawks.

mindy jones - St mary’s head varsity womens coach

Mindy Jones is a local product from Annapolis, Maryland where she attended St. Mary’s High School. Currently Mindy is entering her fifth season as St. Mary’s Varsity Head Coach. During her time as a St. Mary’s student-athlete her team won the 2005 IAAM Championship. After graduating from St. Mary’s in 2005, Mindy went on to play at the University of Maryland. Her senior year she was part of the team that won the ACC Championship in 2009. Now back at St. Mary’s, In November of 2020, the Saints signed a record high 11 seniors to play at Divisions I and III.

Alison Beyer - SSPP Head Varsity Womens coach

Beyer, a 1997 graduate of Saints Peter and Paul, has been actively involved with the sport since her days as a Sabre. Upon graduation from Saints Peter & Paul, Beyer played at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh as well as trained in Australia with the USA U19 lacrosse team.

Alison returns to the sidelines of Saints Peter & Paul as the varsity head coach after serving as the middle school coach from 2003-2008 and coaching with Talbot lacrosse and the Dark Horse lacrosse club.
