Coach Tracy is from Baltimore, MD where he attended The Cathedral School, a private Catholic school in Baltimore, MD and Saint Paul’s School for boys in Brooklandville, MD. While at Saint Paul’s he was a 3 sport athlete and captain of the soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams. As a senior he broke a long standing lacrosse record for most goals in a single season and most goals in a single game. As a senior, he earned a scholarship to play lacrosse at The Ohio State University where he started at attack for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Coach Tracy currently resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his wife Molly and their daughter Tatum. He is the current Athletic Director and Men’s Lacrosse Coach at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Easton, MD.
Coach Tracy is a former Division I Lacrosse Coach with 16 years collegiate coaching experience. Coach Tracy started his career at Goucher College as an undergraduate coach in 2005 and then as a Graduate coach in 2006. As Goucher he was the offensive coordinator, recruiting coordinator and strength and condition program coordinator. In the Fall of 2006 he was offered the assistant offensive coordinator and goalie coach position at Dartmouth College where he was also responsible for all recruiting camps, youth lacrosse clinics and scouting reports. In 2007 Coach Tracy was asked to join the coaching staff at UMBC as the Defensive Coordinator and Head Goalie Coach. After 5 seasons with the Retrievers, 2 conference championships, 2 trips to the NCAA tournament and rankings in the Top 10 of Divisions I Lacrosse. In 2011 he accepted an invitation to help build a new Division I program at High Point University as the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. While at HPU he won 3 conference championships, made competitive appearances at the NCAA tournament, coached 49 All Conference players, 16 All Americans, 14 future Professional players and recruited 62 high school All American Student Athletes.
